Our Senior Quality Inspector possesses 30 years worth of invaluable experience and is responsible for ensuring all components conform to the exact specifications and high-quality surface finishing.

Dedicated Inspection

Quality testing is carried out in our dedicated temperature controlled inspection room ensuring components are at the optimum temperature prior to precision measurement. The room is equipped with state-or-the-art Mitutoyo and QCT CCM’s, Renishaw machine tool probes, and a range of gauges. We also carryout in-house calibration and hardness testing.

With continuous improvements using BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 system gained in 1991(BS5750), together with acquisition of new equipment with the latest technology, we are committed to improving streamlining and reducing costs.
