We have complete traceability and can provide full inspection reports and certifications, including certificates of conformity. We work to very close tolerances with quality planning satisfying the demands for all of our customers.

UKAS Accredited certification

As well as providing supplier certification, we are able to source chemical analysis of certain metals through an independent laboratory to ensure the materials meet the exact specifications. Customers are provided with a material test certificate that is UKAS accredited confirming the material composition.

Laser component marking is carried out in-house to the customer’s specifications. The permanent and tamper proof marking can be etched on to almost any material and surface finish.
